Anytime Mailbox pricing
Anytime Mailbox pricing varies by location. Current provider marketing commonly advertises virtual mailbox plans starting around $9.99 per month, while Anytime Mailbox also notes that some addresses can be lower and premium or vanity addresses can cost substantially more.
A current generic $9.99 plan example advertises the following:
| Feature |
Current generic allowance / fee |
| Incoming mail | 30 items/month, then $0.35 per additional item |
| Open & scan | 5 pages/month, then $0.50 per additional page |
| Online storage | Unlimited |
| Recipients | 1 included; $10 per additional recipient |
| Local pickup | Available; some locations charge about $2 per pickup |
| Forwarding | $5 per shipping bundle, plus shipping/postage |
Do not treat this as a universal rate card. Anytime Mailbox location pages can show different prices and included services. Always check the exact address before purchasing.
Why Anytime Mailbox prices vary so much
Anytime Mailbox uses local mail-center operators, and those locations can offer their own plan structures and optional services.
That means two addresses in the same state can have different starting prices. The provider's current Oklahoma directory, for example, shows individual addresses starting at different price points rather than one statewide rate.
This isn't necessarily a bad thing. Competition between locations can produce inexpensive options. But it makes Anytime Mailbox harder to compare using only a single headline price.
Our advice: compare the actual location you would buy — not just the provider's advertised “starting at” price.
Mail scanning
Anytime Mailbox supports open-and-scan requests so you can read physical mail remotely as PDFs.
The current generic plan example includes 5 scanned pages per month and lists additional pages at $0.50 each. Some individual locations advertise different scan allowances, so this is one of the first things we would verify before subscribing.
Heavy scanners should compare carefully. If opening and scanning mail is your main use case, Traveling Mailbox's bundled scan allowances may be more predictable than a location-dependent Anytime Mailbox plan.

Mail and package forwarding
Anytime Mailbox supports forwarding physical mail and packages to another address, including travelers who need mail sent to their current location.
A current generic plan advertises a $5 handling fee per shipping bundle, plus the actual carrier or postage cost. Again, exact fees can vary by location.
For anyone forwarding regularly, bundling several pieces of mail together usually makes more sense than requesting frequent individual shipments.
Local pickup
Local pickup is one of Anytime Mailbox's biggest advantages over providers built around centralized processing facilities.
You can schedule a pickup at the local mail center through the platform. Anytime Mailbox's current generic pricing says pickup is available at all locations, although some charge a small fee — commonly around $2 in the generic offer.
This makes Anytime Mailbox particularly attractive if you want a digital mailbox most of the time but still live near, visit, or travel through the city where your mailbox is located.
Check deposits
Anytime Mailbox supports check deposit at select locations. The local mail center can process a deposit request and send the check to your bank according to that location's procedure.
Unlike providers with one nationwide check-deposit price, availability and fees can depend on the selected operator.
If check deposit matters to you: verify it on the exact location page before signing up. Do not assume every Anytime Mailbox address offers it.
Online storage
The current generic Anytime Mailbox offer includes unlimited online storage for digital mail records.
Physical-mail storage policies can be location-specific, so if you plan to leave original documents or packages at the mailbox for extended periods, check that operator's storage terms and fees.
Is Anytime Mailbox good for small business?
Yes, especially for businesses that want a local professional address without renting office space.
A real street address can be useful for routine business correspondence and keeping a home address private. The large location network also makes it easier to choose a city that matches where you actually operate or want a presence.
Verify legal acceptance separately. A virtual mailbox address is not automatically valid for every bank, state filing, license, registered-agent requirement, Google Business Profile, or regulated activity.

Anytime Mailbox for RVers, expats and digital nomads
The service can be a good fit for travelers because mail can be viewed and managed remotely, and the network gives you many address options.
RVers may especially appreciate local pickup if they periodically travel through the city where their mailbox is located. Expats and international travelers should confirm international forwarding options and costs at the specific location they choose.

Customer reviews and mobile apps
Public feedback is mixed depending on where you look.
Trustpilot
Anytime Mailbox currently has a strong overall Trustpilot profile at roughly 4.4/5 across more than 2,000 reviews.
Apple App Store
The renter-facing Anytime Mailbox Virtual Mail app is currently around 2.5/5 from just over 100 U.S. ratings.
Google Play
The renter app is currently around 3.0/5 with roughly 250 reviews.
That difference is worth noting. Customers may be satisfied with a local mailbox operator while still having complaints about the mobile-app experience.
Ratings change over time and are snapshots, not guarantees of future service quality.
